Building Surveys

- Structural surveys: A detailed inspection to analyze the structural stability of a planned or already existing building or other structure and to highlight any work or change in its design possibly needed to maintain it in good conditions,
- Deformation surveys: A survey to determine if a structure is changing shape or moving. The three-dimensional positions of specific points of the structure are determined, a certain period of time is allowed to pass, then their positions are re-measured and the deviation from the previous positions is calculated.
- As-built surveys: A survey provided still during or directly after the construction of a project in order to evaluate the quality of the construction work, the degree of completion and, based on these, payment purposes.
